Metropolitan Mission School of Evangelism is vital tool for training of pastors and Evangelists for church planting. We have started it in 1988 and ever since atleast 12 batches were trained and graduated. This is a one year programme, 6 months they are in the school and 6 months they are in the field targetting unreached ethnic groups.
While the students are in the on-the-job training they target the community with the Gospel. They would do like that for 6 months. After their graudation they would consolidate planting of a church in that area. So far we have 150 churches planted.We praise God for half of the mission pastors and evangelists are working as a fruit of this training. To God be the Glory.
